Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong)

This is a dried sweet smoky flavoured pork sausage commonly used in Cantonese cuisine. It is used in the popular Peranakan dish, Popiah. Steam, boil or fry before eating. Best stored in a cool, dry place or in the freezer.
